Scheduling CRIMINAL APPEAL - ERIN REID - Scheduled: Saturday, March 30th at 1:00 pm EST

I can do either next monday or tuesday if Roman's schedule is still the same? Just no later than midnight gmt for me
 
Just as an update the DOJ scheduling is going to be on hold as the current DA is going to be resigning.
 
@cloudcait Due to a personal emergency, Judge Jacobwitz will unfortunately not be able to preside on this case. I am going to take it over instead for the time being; although, as aforementioned, the DA is resigning and will not be taking on cases at this time. Once a new DA or Prosecutor is assigned to this case, we will resume scheduling. If at such time, Judge Jacobwitz has returned back to work and no additional progress has been made in his absence, the case will return to him.

@Kay If you want to do an early trial (before the one already scheduled for 8 pm EST)l on the 18th I could accommodate that. I'm also free all day on the 19th because of the holiday in Liberty, so happy to spread it out either way. Just whatever works.
 
Would there be a later point in the week in which this can be done?
I am free the entire next weekend if that works for all.

Nope I am away on vacation that weekend
 
I'm free the next weekend March 2-3. The next two weekends after that I will be traveling.
 
I will not be able to do 2-3rd as thats the weekend I come back from vacation sadly
 
okay - @cloudcait @Kay It's looking its looking like this might not be able to be scheduled until April as it stands. Do either parties have any co-counsel they could collaborate with in an effort to expedite this? I know it's not ideal, but as you all know it's been on the docket since November, and I'd like to not have to wait another month if possible. Happy to hear other suggestions as well.
 
Is there no other availability in March?

March 16th - I could be available after 6 PM EST
March 23 or March 24 - Any time
March 30 or March 30 - Any time
