I. Statement of Claim
  1. The Defense claims that there is no evidence that Mr. Rech triggered the alarm in the grocery store. My client saw a man wearing all black enter the store and leave before the cops arrived.
  2. The sum of money found on Mr. Rech’s person was confiscated and used as evidence of the alleged attempted robbery. However, if officers truly believed that this money was stolen they should not have added the attempted enhancement and should have added it to the list of confiscated items.

We have no additional evidence besides the ones you posted and Witnesses that you have listed as officers involved.
 
The Defense would like to call an additional witness, Sebastian Collingsworth (dxrch)
 
The Defense is adding Nia Liviaus as Co-Counsel to this case.
 
The State would like to know the relevance to Sebastian Collingsworth as a witness in this case. Is he being used as an expert witness or what is his involvement? Just curious as he is not a listed officer or listed in the incident.

Can see if Riley will be available, if not it will have to be the next weekend, I got a busy weekend this weekend.
 
@Teddy @cloudcait Lets push for next weekend as we need a period for discovery. Aim for Saturday? So if its in the evening time, we can ensure other obligations aren't in the way. Saturday 14th?

The Defence would like to request actual copies of the incident reports including details of who wrote each one. As of right now, the defence only has a copied and pasted block of text which doesn't specify who wrote the report. The Defence would also like clarification that there is no more evidence other than what we've received, no photos of the possessions that were confiscated, no security footage, no photos of the vehicle that was alleged parked outside the store e.t.c. If there is no further evidence then that raises legal and procedural concerns.
