Weekdays between 7pm and 11pm BST, weekends I will not be available.
 
Would being able to start at 11 pm BST work? That is literally when I get home from Liberty.
I could make 11PM BST (6pm EST) work any day this week.

If not, I am available all of next Thursday and can set up a parole agreement for Mr. Smith later today.
 
Depends which day, if that's on a Thursday then yes but any other day no due to liberty early the next morning.

Sounds good I would like to be there to review this parole agreement so I will liaise with you in the DOC emails.

Alright, we will schedule for Thursday, 24th of April 2025, 11 pm BST - which means that Discovery is now open until Wednesday, 23rd of April 2025, 11pm BST.

Okay I have emailed over some subpoenas to the justice that are vital for my motion so once I've heard back from those I'll be able to confirm or rearrange this scheduling

I'm waiting for my client to be released on parole before I can finalise my motion and evidence for discovery as he has evidence on his mobile device that he's not allowed access to in the prison, will keep you updated.

This motion will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office as they are the one to push for the charges. They can respond to it however they wish to. If they do not respond to your liking, you can make the same arguments in court tomorrow.

Additionally, it was explained to Mrs. Dodger in eMails, that if there is no motion to delay the trial before the end of discovery, the trial will still happen tomorrow, Thursday, 24th of April 2025, 11 pm BST.

Sounds good thank you. I will submit my evidence discovery by tonight 11pm bst unless the District Attorney's Office accepts my motion.
